A pseudo marketing campaign was created to explore how text and images are used to create the different “voices” of outdoor advertising using LED digital signs. Thirty-one unique images were displayed across twenty-six digital signs, one image for each day of March 2013. The strategy was to repeat the word SALE, then pair a word with an image, then combine two images. This project is part of the Highway Gallery initiative of the Florida Mining Gallery and Clear Channel communications.

My loft in the Lower East Side was completely comprised of discarded items, including my beloved 1977 orange plastic Quasar Television. I returned everything to the sidewalk when I left the Manhattan. I still rue the day I walked away from that beautiful television.
